I can offer therapy to help with the following:

Low mood

Poor self confidence

Low self esteem

Relationship difficulties

You may not want to put a label on how you are feeling but instead may recognise some of the following:

Feeling low, lacking in self confidence and self esteem.

Being very critical of yourself and feeling not good enough.

Feeling overwhelmed

Feeling stressed

Struggling with emotions

Feeling anxious, ruminating on what has happened in the past or what may happen in the future

Feeling alone and longing for connection

Finding it hard to trust or get close

Difficult and painful events in the recent or distant past

Feeling stuck and not knowing how to make change

Whatever the reason you find yourself here, I am happy to speak with you about what you are looking for within therapy and to think about whether I can help. No two people are the same and no two therapies are the same so if we decide to start a therapy journey together, I will work with you to make sure your needs are at the heart of our work.

Please get in touch if you would like to discuss difficulties you are experiencing. In an initial 30 minutes free call, we can discuss what you are looking for and you will have an opportunity to ask me any questions. The therapeutic relationship  underpins any work we do so it is important that you feel we can work together and that we are a good 'fit'.

Personal Reformulations can be helpful for people who are experiencing difficulties in the workplace but who do not want to engage in therapy. They are focused on understanding more about yourself within the workplace. The approach draws on cognitive analytic therapy principles and aims to explore relationship patterns and coping which may be causing difficulty in the here and now. If you would like to learn more about Personal Reformulations, please follow the link CAT Personal Reformulation (PR) - Catalyse - Change in action

I am an accredited CAT Supervisor and can offer training and reflective practice for teams. This approach can be helpful for those wanting to explore relational patterns within a team rather than an individual basis. Reflective practice offers a thinking space so that we might be able to notice unhelpful or helpful patterns and use these observations to improve our working practice.
